Financial Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, cash, and checks. 

Insurance Participation

Our office participates with all insurance companies on an out-of-network basis. Payment is expected in full at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will file all claims electronically on your behalf, and your insurance provider will reimburse you directly.

If you experience any difficulties with your claim or require additional documentation to secure payment from your insurance company, we are happy to assist you. In some cases, insurance providers may request x-rays or supplemental documentation, and we will continue to advocate on your behalf to help facilitate reimbursement.

Payment Plans & Third-Party Financing

For orthodontic treatment, we offer interest-free payment plans for balances paid in full within 10 months. Payment schedules are determined by the length of treatment. For extended payment plans exceeding 10 months, interest will apply.

For treatment plans over $1,000, we also offer third-party financing options to help make your care more manageable. Please contact our office for more details on available financing programs.

Deposits & Payment for Treatment

A deposit is required for all major restorative treatments, including crowns, implants, and dental appliances. The remaining balance is due in full at the delivery appointment.

Financial Arrangements

We understand that financial situations may vary. Special payment arrangements can be made with our Financial Coordinator prior to treatment. All payment agreements must be approved before any services are performed.

Late Fees & Collections

A 20% late fee will be applied to any balance remaining unpaid after 30 days. This fee will continue to accrue monthly until the balance is settled in full.

Accounts past due for more than 60 days will be sent to a third-party collections agency.

Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a fee as follows:

• $75 per hour for appointments scheduled with hygienists.
• $150 per hour for appointments scheduled with doctors.
