Understanding Our Policy
We ask all patients to review our financial policy carefully. If you have any questions or don’t fully understand something, please contact us now or ask us during your first visit. You will be asked to sign a document acknowledging that you have read and understand the policy, which appears below.
Financial Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, Apple Pay, cash or check.
Payment plans are available for orthodontic treatment at no interest for balances completed within 10 months. Payment schedules are determined by length of treatment. Interest will be added for payment plans over 10 months. A deposit is due for all major restorative treatment (crowns, implants, dental appliances) and payment is due in full at the delivery appointment. Our office charges a 20% late fee for all balances over 30 days and this fee is applied monthly until the balance is paid in full.
Insurance Participation
Our office participates with all insurance companies out of network. Payment is expected in full at the time of service. Our office will file all claims electronically on your behalf and insurance will reimburse you directly. We are always happy to assist you in any way if you have any problems filing your claim or need any further documentation to secure payment from your insurance company. There are times when insurance companies may request that x-rays accompany claims or supplemental documentation and we will continue to advocate on your behalf with insurance companies.
Financial Arrangements
We are aware that occasionally, a situation may arise that may necessitate financial arrangements. Special arrangements may be made with our Financial Coordinator prior to treatment. Payment agreements require approval prior to any services being performed.
